At Rani & Co., we want you to feel empowered and confident in your jewelry; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all pieces are unworn and remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
